At NHG, we’re investing in our tech. We’ve kicked off a large programme of Agile projects looking to deliver some vital wins for our staff and customers. To keep pace with our tremendous growth, we're constantly looking for ways to improve using new technologies.

One of the key features of our digital programme (Workwise) is an online portal, developed on Microsoft’s Azure platform, to enable residents to self-serve by accessing a range of online services anywhere, anytime. The networking infrastructure is the core backbone of bringing all of this together and enabling multiple applications to communicate in a seamless way. You’ll be trusted to build parts of all the critical components of this system. Your efforts on the design and development will have an impact on our customers and staff

You’ll be responsible for all technical development and support to NHH’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You’ll be trusted to develop a framework for reviewing, approving and deploying fully tested DCRM components.  You’ll be working across multiple exciting applications projects, providing your subject matter expertise with regards to Dynamics 365, participating as a member of information technology teams, contributing to data architecture discussions, investigating the use of new development tools and facilitating change

Our work with our colleagues outside of ICT will be really important in this role as we support a number of applications. We’ll expect you to appreciate their perspective and understand how their operations relate to your development activities – you’ll be able to explain technical solutions to all users to deliver the customer experience that we pride ourselves on.
