Want to work for one of London’s leading Developers?

Notting Hill Genesis is one of London’s leading housing associations, and we have an ambitious programme to build 2,700 homes a year. We currently have 6,000 homes on site and a strong pipeline with a range of exciting projects that will deliver high quality homes and communities.

We’re offering an opportunity for a highly motivated project manager to join our team of high performing Development professionals to deliver an exciting portfolio of residential led projects across London. You’ll also identify and manage risks and prepare capital budgets and progress reports for internal and external scrutiny committees.

Collaboration is key. As a confident communicator, you’ll enjoy working with and motivating people, negotiating with developers, consultants and contractors and building relationships with colleagues and partners.

In return we offer you 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), health cash plan, season ticket loan, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer as well as other benefits packages.
