Want to work for one of London’s leading Developers?
Notting Hill Genesis is one of London’s leading housing associations, and we have an ambitious programme to build 2,700 homes a year. We currently have 6,000 homes on site and a strong pipeline with a range of exciting projects that will deliver high quality homes and communities.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Project Director to join our team of high performing development professionals to deliver an exciting portfolio of residential led projects across London. You’ll be joining an expert team, where NHG often act as the Development Manager for our JV partners. In this capacity you’ll be accountable to the JV Board, ensuring that the business plan is delivered and that we produce high quality places for people to live.
This is a challenging and rewarding role. You’ll be trusted to manage project teams delivering complex development projects within cost, time and quality performance targets. You’ll identify and manage risks and present reports to internal and external scrutiny committees.
As a confident communicator, you’ll enjoy working with and motivating people. You’ll negotiate with developers, consultants and contractors and build relationships with colleagues and partners. Experience of delivering large complex projects (ideally in Joint Ventures) will be essential to this role.
In return we offer generous annual leave, health cash plan, season ticket loan, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer as well as other benefits packages.
