We are looking for dedicated and resilient people who thrive on pressure and responsibility to join our housing teams. You will proactively manage the tenancies of the customers on your patch, be their main point of contact and be comfortable dealing with a range of complex issues while providing a first class housing management service.
You may not have worked in housing before, but if you have great customer service skills, can build relationships, deal with sensitive situations and can manage a challenging workload, we will provide the training you need to become a successful housing officer and can help you develop skills that can lead to other opportunities.

We will offer fixed term contracts in line with our business need. We have vacancies in different teams, and the group of properties that successful candidates will manage will depend on the region that you'll be assigned to. The West region is based in our office in Hammersmith, and the North/East/South regions are based in both our offices in Kings Cross and Vauxhall and employees are expected to work in both offices. Short listed candidates will attend a first stage of assessments on the morning of 24 October 2018. Those that are successful through the first stage of assessments will be expected to undertake an in tray exercise that afternoon which will take approximately 70 minutes.
Those selected candidates who complete the in tray exercise will also return for a half day of assessments on 9 November 2018. These assessments will include two role plays.
Candidates successful at the above two stages will be invited to a final interview where you'll also get to meet some of our Housing Operations Managers.
Please note that this role requires a DBS check. A basic check will be requested in the event of you being offered the position as part of our pre-employment checking process.
