We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated Marketing Manager to plan and oversee delivery of highly targeted, innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that help us sell our new build developments. Our development pipeline is varied in terms of location, property types and value and you will be involved in marketing schemes for both affordable home ownership and for private sale homes. Over the next five years the pipeline will peak at 1,000 Shared Ownership and 400 private sale homes being sold per year. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your team’s work will enable us to deliver a truly ambitious sales pipeline over the next five years. This role comes with responsibility. With senior level access, we’ll look to you to develop long-term plans and help influence the strategic vision for Notting Hill Genesis.
You’ll need to inspire others and deliver through them. Ideally, you’ll have prior management experience and you’ll be a confident leader with a track record of delivering results. You’ll be willing to share your technical marketing knowledge with the team you’re responsible for motivating and developing. You’ll lead a team of fantastic marketers, ensuring we get the best from them so that they deliver their multiple campaigns on target, on time and within budget. In return, we’ll support you to grow into the role and become a trusted member of our management team.
Collaboration is central to success in this role. As well as managing a range of important stakeholder relationships, you’ll work closely with our Sales Managers and other colleagues to devise, approve and deliver integrated, successful sales and marketing strategies that deliver a great customer experience. With an annual budget of over £2m, you’ll have the creative freedom to have your team cover the whole marketing mix, and we’ll look to you to guide them, so you’ll need an understanding of supplier procurement and management, branding and brand management, marketing asset and content development, channel creation and management, marketing throughout the customer journey, effective return on investment evaluation and more.
To ensure you’ll be a success, we’ll need you to have experience of managing multiple integrated consumer marketing campaigns end to end, ideally with experience of marketing residential property.
